In the Producer of the Year category, Carson Chamberlain, Charlie Handsome, Dann Huff, Jay Joyce, Joey Moi, and Ben West were honored. These producers have played a pivotal role in shaping the sound of contemporary country music, collaborating with artists to create hits that resonate with audiences worldwide. Blackbird Studio, Ocean Way Nashville Studio, RCA Studio A, Sound Emporium Studios, Sound Stage Studios, and Starstruck Studios were named Studio of the Year, underscoring their exceptional contributions to the recording process.
The Label Group of the Year category saw BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville, Big Loud Records, MCA, Sony Music Nashville, Triple Tigers Records, and Warner Records Nashville recognized for their outstanding contributions to the music industry. Talent agencies CAA, The Kinkead Entertainment Agency, and The Neal Agency, as well as THE·TEAM, UTA, and WME, were honored as Talent Agency of the Year. These agencies play a crucial role in connecting artists with the right opportunities and managing their careers.
In the Publishing Company of the Year category, Back Blocks Music, Concord Music Publishing, River House Artists, Sony Music Publishing, UMPG Nashville, and Warner Chappell Music Nashville were recognized for their exceptional contributions to the music industry. The Breakthrough categories showcased the talent of emerging songwriters and artists. Smith Ahnquist, Dan Alley, Beau Bailey, Sam Banks, Jeremy Bussey, Jessica Farren, Austin Goodloe, Jordan Gray, Bobby Hamrick, Jamie Kenney, Chris McKenna, David "Messy" Mescon, Summer Overstreet, Nicholas Sainato, Ava Suppelsa, Driver Williams, and Christian Yancey were named Breakthrough Songwriters of the Year. Graham Barham, Wyatt McCubbin, Max McNown, Kevin Powers, and Hudson Westbrook were honored as Breakthrough Artist-Writers of the Year.
Male and Female Songwriters of the Year were also recognized, with John Byron, Ashley Gorley, Charlie Handsome, Chase McGill, Josh Miller, and Blake Pendergrass named Male Songwriters of the Year, and Trannie Anderson, Jessie Jo Dillon, Natalie Hemby, Ava Suppelsa, Joybeth Taylor, and Lydia Vaughan named Female Songwriters of the Year.

In addition to the awards, MusicRow also honored the Top 10 Album All-Star Musicians, recognizing the studio players who performed on the most albums reaching the Top 10 of Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart during the eligibility period. The honorees included Jimmie Lee Sloas (Bass), Jerry Roe (Drums), Jim Cooley and Joey Moi (Engineer), Jenee Fleenor and Lucas Ruge-Jones (Fiddle), Bryan Sutton (Guitar), Dave Cohen (Keyboards), Justin Schipper (Steel), and Wes Hightower (Vocals).
